It had been a while since I had eaten some Halibut. I had been eating a lot of salmon. So I pulled out some halibut for the family and I to eat. I took the FRENCH’SŪ French Fried Onions and crushed them and dipped the halibut in egg and then in the crushed FRENCH’SŪ French Fried Onions. Then I baked the halibut. MMMMM! I missed eating halibut. It was so good…the key thing is to remember not to over bake the halibut. You don’t want to dry out the halibut.
