After the boat docks, the clock starts as we rush to get this fish processed and filleted. We place it in an insulated box with gel ice and place it on a FedEx plane destined for your grill! This halibut has never been frozen. All customer will be notified of shipping once we arrive at the dock with the fish. Ships Fed Ex Priority Overnight (Monday - Thursday).
