You're the spicy type? Cook up a batch of potatoes or chicken wings with our "Spicy" batter and enjoy! A special Cajun pepper spice will bring out the best in fish, meat, or veggies. If you enjoy it really hot, mix it slightly thicker and "double dip" your food. We use it to give our fish and chips just a touch of flavor by adding just a spoon full or two to a batch of Original Gourmet Batter when we are using a mild flavor fish like Cod.
